I felt that even if our zip code was not on the list, management should have said we will comp you the $10, especially considering the money we would potentially spend. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received that day because it was all of our first time visiting the casino, we had ridden a few hours just to spend our money there and we were given erroneous information by their representative.
